Outfit Forecast ("we," "us," or "our") operates outfit-forecast.com and its associated social media accounts, including @outfitforecast on Instagram. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What We Collect

Information you give us directly. If you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address and any name you provide. We do not require an account to read our content.

Usage data. When you visit our site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may record your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent. We use this to understand which content is useful.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies to remember preferences (such as whether you have dismissed a banner) and to measure site traffic. We also use affiliate tracking cookies when you click a product link to one of our partners. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

The automation posts content that we have generated; it does not collect, store, or process any data from Instagram users. It accesses only our own account credentials and does not read messages, comments, or follower information.

Some links on Outfit Forecast point to products on Amazon and partner brand websites. When you click one of these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial recommendations.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

• Ghost (hosting and publishing platform)
• Mailchimp / Klaviyo (email delivery, where applicable)
• Google Analytics (site traffic measurement)
• Meta / Instagram (social media publishing via the Content Publishing API)

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

Data Retention

We retain email subscriber information until you unsubscribe. Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
